I know, it’s really sad to see either men or women who’ve become bitter. It’s not hard to become bitter even at a very young age — especially with so many parents divorcing, and so many children watching love mutate into hate. It’s no wonder so many are skeptical.
An aside: I don’t drink (often), but think this blog could be a lot more fun if there was a 2 drink minimum to read here.

The young always have charm.”
Some people are just more serious in general, and not necessarily bitter. I think this is especially true of people who were raised in families where maturity was really encouraged. I was kind of always serious, even as a kid.
