I know I get knocked for not giving enough people a chance or saying no to often. But I know what I want and I think that gives me the ability to say “No” to certain situations when others think I should be saying yes.

Great post. I’ve tried to be a yes person but it turns out that I never get asked out anyway…so that flopped. lol. Sometimes clarity is just more important than a good time (or disastrous date!)

I like nice guys but not “yes men”. I like a guy who can say no to me. I respect them a lot more if they are able to do this! I think its important for both people to have healthy boundaries.
