O: What SFC Ton said about Con Men (or as we call them here in Philly, “Flim-Flam Men”) is 100% correct – it takes a con and his mark. Can’t work otherwise. The con works because it plays on, exploits and even feeds the mark’s greed. The same is true for Women who keep getting “took” by cads and players – they do because they wanted to. It really is as simple as that.
